Prevention of dental disease is always our primary goal and this starts with regular dental check-ups. At this visits we will provide oral hygiene instructions and nutrition recommendations and work with you as parent/guardian to come up with the best preventive plan for your child. Some of the tools in our toolbox include:
- Professional fluoride treatments
- Sealants
- Silver Diamine Fluoride (antimicrobial liquid used to stop progression of decay and/or treat sensitivity--temporary treatment option used under particular circumstances--final restoration typically indicated in the future)
- Athletic mouth guards
